Human Behaviour Understanding in Relation to Technology and the Environment

The aim of this work is to analyse methods and tools for researching and analysing human behaviour in the context of technology and the environment, using our own observations and literature review. In particular, the paper discusses the evolution of human reliability analysis and identifies challenges in human reliability research.
